• Quality Assurance & Control: Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems for real estate construction projects ensuring compliance with relevant standards regulations and company policies.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of Lab Technicians to carry out quality control procedures effectively.
• Inspection & Testing: Oversee the testing and inspection of construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to approved specifications and standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in the quality process and work with crossfunctional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure timely documentation of all quality control measures noncompliance issues and corrective actions. Generate regular reports on quality performance for review by senior management.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all construction activities comply with government regulations safety codes and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers engineers contractors and clients to address quality concerns and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Audits: Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education:
• Degree in Engineering (minimum 12 years of experience)
• Diploma in Engineering (minimum 15 years of experience)
• Preferred qualifications in Civil Engineering Construction Management or Quality Management.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in quality management roles in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and regulatory standards in India.
• Handson experience with quality inspection and testing methodologies.
• Skills:
