Overview:
The position of AGM/DGM in Supreme Contracts is a senior management role crucial for overseeing and managing complex contracts within the organization. The role requires strategic planning leadership and negotiation skills to ensure successful contract and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the endtoend contract management process
- Develop and implement contract strategies and initiatives
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Lead and manage the contracts team
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor contract performance and adherence to SLAs
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill contractual obligations
- Manage contract amendments and extensions
- Resolve contract disputes and issues
- Provide guidance and support to the contracts team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Law or related field
- Proven experience in contract management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
