Location: Bandra Mumbai
Position Overview:
Supreme Universal is hiring a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of highrise residential buildings in Bandra. This is a seniorlevel role requiring a professional with 910 years of experience including 68 years with a developer in Mumbai. Expertise in RCC works and finishing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise all aspects of site operations including RCC work and finishing stages.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within set timelines and budgets.
- Monitor construction quality and enforce compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and other stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on site progress material usage and workforce efficiency.
- Address onsite challenges promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with the project management team to align on goals and execution strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 910 years with 68 years in highrise residential projects under a reputed developer in Mumbai.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of RCC works and finishing processes.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Mumbaispecific construction norms and practices.
