Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Human Resources Generalist at Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible
for managing HR policies employee benefits benefits administration and overseeing
HR management. The role will involve daytoday HR tasks and providing support to
both employees and management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Experience in HR management and administration
Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field
