Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist Malayalam plays a pivotal role in our organization by providing exceptional support to our Malayalamspeaking customers. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction resolving issues and maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support in Malayalam via phone email and chat
- Understand and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist in developing and improving customer support processes and resources
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet customer service and productivity goals

- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken Malayalam and English
- Proven experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely
