Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist Malayalam plays a pivotal role in our organization by providing exceptional support to our Malayalamspeaking customers. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction resolving issues and maintaining a positive brand image.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support in Malayalam via phone email and chat
  • Understand and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in developing and improving customer support processes and resources
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Meet customer service and productivity goals
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Malayalam and English
  • Proven experience in a customer support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Problemsolving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Experience in a multicultural or multinational environment is beneficial
