This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity specifically in external threat exposure management. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in selling cybersecurity products preferably in a startup environment. As a Sales Engineer you will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to provide technical expertise deliver compelling product demos and write technical sales artifacts to support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
- Provide indepth product demos and technical expertise on our cybersecurity offerings with a focus on external threat exposure management.
- Develop and write technical sales artifacts such as proposals white papers solution briefs and RFP responses.
- Work closely with product teams to understand the latest features and functionalities translating these into sales benefits.
- Support presales and postsales efforts by addressing customer queries and managing technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Participate in customer calls presentations and webinars as the technical expert.
- Understand customer pain points industry challenges and market trends in cybersecurity especially in threat exposure management.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth transition from sales to postsales support.
- Assist in defining customer requirements offering feedback to the product development team for enhancements and improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience as a Sales Engineer preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Experience with external threat exposure management products or services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices threat intelligence and risk management.
- Proven ability to write clear and effective technical sales documentation.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of threat exposure management attack surface reduction and digital risk protection.
- Familiarity with the latest cybersecurity tools and technologies including vulnerability management and dark web monitoring.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms.
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to think on your feet in customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth. - Experience creating and managing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. - Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. - Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or others. - Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights to improve social media strategies. - Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and infographics. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity startup environment. - Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies that complement social media efforts. - Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. - Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and the ability to integrate them into social media content. - Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
