Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Manager Sales to oversee our international sales efforts for our RTE & RTC products focusing on gravies sauces ketchup and paste. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic sales team and drive business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role requires expertise in both B2B and B2C segments with a strong focus on expanding market reach and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team to drive results and exceed sales targets.
Provide guidance support and training to ensure the team's success in international sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and channel partners.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
Revenue Generation: Drive the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals in international markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities develop strategic partnerships and expand market reach.
Market Expansion: Identify and enter new markets ensuring the brand's presence and growth in international territories.
Stay informed about market trends customer preferences and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales achievements opportunities and challenges for management review.
Travel Management: Be willing to travel extensively up to 80% of the time to meet clients attend industry events and explore new business opportunities.
Effectively plan and organize travel schedules to maximize productivity and optimize resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Proven experience of 15 years in sales management with a focus on RTE & RTC products gravies sauces ketchup and paste.
Experience in international sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage successful sales teams.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends develop actionable insights and implement effective strategies.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and maximizing profitability.
