We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in the R&D domain specifically in Clinical Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis excellent SQL skills and a willingness to learn ETL and data visualization tools. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring the success of our clinical operations and research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and document business requirements related to clinical operations in the R&D domain.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction manipulation and reporting to support business needs.
- Analyze complex datasets to drive insights and support decisionmaking in clinical operations.
- Support the implementation and optimization of clinical operations workflows and systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are clearly communicated and met.
- Learn and apply ETL tools like Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for data integration and transformation tasks.
- Gain proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present business insights effectively.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with IT teams for system improvements.
- Assist in creating detailed documentation process flows and user stories for technical teams.
Required Skills:
- 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the R&D domain with a strong focus on Clinical Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis querying and reporting.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment with a focus on delivering timely highquality business solutions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Selfmotivated eager to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Preferred Skills (nice to have):
- Exposure to ETL tools like IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Previous experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical companies particularly in clinical trials or clinical data management.
