Overview
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems for commercial clients. This position is critical to ensuring the comfort and safety of occupants within various commercial facilities. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining HVAC systems as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the maintenance service diagnosis and repair of Chillers Boilers Cooling Towers and Commercial HVAC equipment
- Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure optimal building system performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations
- Collaborate with building management and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Participate in an oncall rotation to provide emergency services
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card
- 5 years of experience with Chillers Boilers Cooling Towers and Commercial HVAC Equipment
- 1 years of experience as a lead technician supervisor or manager
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls / On Call
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 7 AM 4 PM or 8 AM 5 PM
Oncall rotation for emergency services
