We envision that apart from selling on Marketplaces (AZ/FK etc.) there is a huge potential for existing online sellers to generate sizable revenues from their own website/app but are unable to do so due to lack of expertise in website building digital marketing and fulfilment logistics. What you will be doing
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations related to order processing logistics to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Team Coordination: Lead and supervise operations team including training performance management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with 3PLs sellers and other vendors to ensure effective delivery and resolution of operational issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational challenges including discrepancies delays and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports and insights to management highlighting key metrics trends and areas for improvement.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management Logistics or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 35 years of experience in operations management preferably within eCommerce whereas minimum 1 Year of team handling experience.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations including inventory management order fulfilment and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
