Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to lead all wealth management activities within the assigned territories/area ensuring the attainment of revenue and market share goals the establishment of the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand and the delivery of exceptional services to HNI and ultra HNI clients. The role involves client engagement and relationship management market research and analysis financial planning and reporting marketing and business development Portfolio Performance Analysis Portfolio Management and Business Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Address HNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements through an exclusive product bouquet and superior and seamless service delivery to assist clients in achieving their shortterm and longterm investment goals via proper profiling and offering of various Investment products.
- Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
- Direct closely with Relationship Managers to support client portfolios and execute wealth management strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment products financial markets and economic trends to inform decisionmaking and enhance client portfolios.
- Direct Relationship Managers to identify crossselling and upselling opportunities.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Guide in developing personalized financial plans taking into consideration clients' unique goals risk tolerance and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports investment summaries and performance matrix for client presentations.
- Set and achieve clusterlevel business targets including revenue AUM (Assets Under Management) and client acquisition goals.
Management and Leadership:
- Owning and Establishing Tata Capital Wealth Management Brand for the area.
- Recruitment nurturing talent reviewing team s performance for optimization of revenues.
- CoOwning clients of the team.
