Job Description:
Your role involves not just managing payroll and compliance but also leveraging advanced analytics and ERP systems to drive strategic improvements and ensure smooth operations. Your ability to integrate these elements will be crucial for optimizing HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
HR Analytics and MIS
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel Power BI Tableau or similar platforms. Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
MIS Systems: Experience with HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and knowledge of how to leverage these systems for reporting and decisionmaking.
Predictive Analytics: Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and tools to forecast trends and drive strategic planning.
Data Integrity: Understanding of best practices for data management data integrity and data security.
Payroll and Compliance
Payroll Systems:
Handson experience with payroll software and systems (e.g. ADP Paychex Workday). Understanding of payroll processes including wage calculations benefits administration and tax compliance.
Regulatory Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of federal state and local labor laws wage and hour regulations and tax requirements.
Compliance: Experience in managing compliance with labor laws and handling audits. Ability to stay updated with changes in legislation affecting payroll and employment.
ERP Implementation
ERP Systems:
Experience with implementing and managing ERP systems particularly those with HR and payroll modules (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday).
Project Management: Skills in managing ERP implementation projects including planning and troubleshooting.
Customization and Integration: Ability to customize ERP systems to fit organizational needs and integrate them with existing systems.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Operations Leader to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations process improvement and a proven track record of managing HR processes efficiently.
HR Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday HR operations implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Roles and responsibilities:
Team Leadership : HR Operations Lead manages a team of HR professionals responsible for various operational tasks such as payroll processing benefits ESOP administration Query Management and HRIS management.
HR Employee Life Cycle Management:
Oversee manage and provide guidance to endtoend HR operations including onboarding offboarding payroll processing benefits administration and employee records management
Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Payroll Administration and Compliance:
Oversee payroll processing including validation reconciliation and compliance with tax regulations.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements.
Monitor changes in labour laws and update policies accordingly
HRIS Data Management and HR Analytics :
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed for management review
Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
Provide training to HR and other relevant staff on HRIS functionalities.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS system.
Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
Address employee inquiries and assist with benefitsrelated matters.
ESOP administration and maintenance
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with HR service providers including payroll vendors and benefits administrators.
Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR operations.
Regularly assess and report on the performance of HR processes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
MBA with min 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Well versed with HR best practices as well as employment laws in India markets
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR software and tools like Zoho Compport Qapita etc.
HRMS and Automation
Understand all HR processes for better scope of digitization in HR
Implement automation projects within HR and be able to act as a catalyst in nonHR projects as well
Complete understanding of HRMS and other HR application
