Compensation: $35$40 per hour with bonuses

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sports Flooring Specialist to join our team. This role involves a blend of handson work and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanding refinishing and installing sports flooring as well as the ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform sanding refinishing and installation of sports flooring to the highest standards.

Lead a small crew ensuring efficient workflow and highquality results.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects.

Communicate effectively with team members clients and management.

Ensure all work is completed safely on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sports flooring installation sanding and refinishing.

Ability to lead and manage a small team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
