Job Description
This is a remote position.
Revenue Recovery Associates are responsible for keeping AR within acceptable limits by aggressively following up on all outstanding claims including resolving denials appealing claims for additional payment ensuring patient/client billing information in the provided software is accurate. Accuracy is critical as this is our business fundamental process.

- Provide effective communication amongst all team members regarding trends regarding reasons for denials or outstanding claims.
- Monitor and follow up on progress of submitted claims and paperwork
- Identify lost revenue through AR cleanup/follow up
- Identify and recommend potential revenue challenges to maximize reimbursements within the terms of the facility agreements
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma
23 years of medical billing or insurance experience required
Understanding of basic office applications including MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
EPIC experience is a plus
