- Data domain
- Operating System understanding
- Basic understanding of Networking
Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Provide L3 level support and administer L1/L2 tasks
- Expertise in High availability DR fail over and failback configurations
- Enduser and crisis management
- Ability to conduct trainings address meetings vendor reviews
- Advanced knowledge of OS Database and Volume Management
- Shell scripting automation and tool implementations
- Any technology related industry standard certification for L3 skills
- Good understanding of solution design skills
- Good understanding of heterogeneous multi technology environments interoperability issues
- Analysis of usage performance data and reporting
