Bilingual Sales Representative Industrial
On behalf of our client a company specializing in effective solutions across multiple industries through the quality of their expanded plastic products we are looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative. Reporting to the Sales Director the candidate will need to prospect new clients and develop relationships with existing ones. They will work closely with the customer relations and BA/BE departments to support the company s growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities:
Actively seek new clients and ensure effective followup using available technological tools.
Maintain close relationships with current clients to preserve sales volumes and identify new project opportunities.
Analyze and quantify growth opportunities based on market development goals.
Effectively use CRM to maintain accurate and uptodate client information.
Plan and participate in client meetings including those requiring collaboration with other company services.
Communicate weekly goals and report activity summaries during sales meetings.
Participate in trade shows and contribute to the development of promotional materials.
Prepare and participate in project launch meetings especially for complex projects or those requiring mold manufacturing.
Collaborate in the development of prototypes and products ensuring they meet client requirements.
Review client agreements before submission for approval.
Work closely with the BA SAC accounting and sales teams to ensure optimal customer service.
Travel to Montr al required 5 to 7 times a year with expenses covered by the employer.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in engineering or administration.
Bilingual in French/English to serve clients in both languages.
5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in prospecting new clients ("hunting") and managing client accounts ("farming").
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
Experience with EPICOR (an asset).
Knowledge of plastic injection (a strong asset).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
