Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Due diligence Investment deals and advisory on corporate structuring.
Secretarial compliance and company law advisory.
Collaborate closely with business unit s clients to comprehend their objectives and contractual needs.
Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including procurement agreements vendor contracts confidentiality agreements licensing agreements manufacturing agreements product purchase/ supply agreements SLAs SHAs SSAs and joint venture agreements purchase orders etc.
Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements corporate policies and industry best practices.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on contractual matters.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal issues.
Participate in contract negotiations with Clients and external stakeholders
Provide advisory for laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
Manage and mentor a team and carry out tasks with a high degree of independence and requiring minimal supervision.


Requirements

Experience 5 years (in Corporate Law)
Qualification : L.L.B./L.L.M.
