Overview:
The role of Corporate HR is crucial in overseeing and managing the human resources functions within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the overall business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the talent acquisition process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding
- Oversee and manage employee relations and resolve issues through effective conflict resolution
- Ensure HR compliance and adherence to labor regulations
- Manage and implement performance management processes
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employee growth
- Oversee organizational development and change management initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HRrelated matters
- Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Identify and address current and future staffing needs
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans
- Conduct ongoing analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure HR best practices are in place
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR professional preferably in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of HR functions such as compensation and benefits employee relations performance management and HR compliance
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve sensitive and complex employee relations issues
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable insights
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office with advanced knowledge of HR software
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Certification in HR management is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling HRrelated matters
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and flexible with a proactive approach to HR challenges
