Oracle MDM Developer

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Oracle MDM Developer to design implement and enhance Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Solution Development: Design configure and customize Oracle MDM applications to meet business needs.
  
• Data Modeling: Create MDM data models and establish effective integration processes.
  
• Interface Customization: Tailor MDM interfaces workflows and user experiences based on specific business requirements.
  
• System Integration: Integrate Oracle MDM with other enterprise systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow.
  
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot MDMrelated issues providing timely technical support and solutions.
  
• System Maintenance: Execute system upgrades patches and ongoing maintenance as required.
  
• Documentation: Document technical specifications processes and procedures for reference and compliance.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts data architects and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  
• Team Support: Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members fostering a collaborative environment.
  
• Data Governance: Collaborate with data stewards to ensure compliance with data governance practices.
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Extensive experience with Oracle MDM products including Oracle Customer Hub and Oracle Product Hub.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL along with a solid understanding of Oracle Database.
  
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration technologies such as Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica is advantageous.
  
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts is essential.
  
• Experience in JAVA or Groovy scripting is a plus.
