Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing scalable backend solutions, integrating third-party services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and reliable Python-based applications. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, ensuring robust software architecture and high code quality. Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize application performance and scalability for high throughput and minimal latency. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of software components, ensuring smooth deployment cycles. Integrate data storage solutions such as SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Develop and manage cloud-based solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Utilize Python libraries and tools for data processing, analysis, and automation. Adhere to best practices in software development, including version control (Git), code reviews, and Agile methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Python development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of professional experience in Python programming and backend development. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Proficiency in database design and querying, with hands-on experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their integration with server-side frameworks is a plus. Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Proficiency with development tools, such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Nice to Have: Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous task queues (e.g., Celery). Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
