Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Zoho Books and other relevant Zoho products to meet our clients accounting and financial management needs. Your role will focus on understanding business requirements configuring solutions training users and providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their accounting and financial processes and recommend Zoho solutions that align with their business needs.
- Implement and configure Zoho Books and other Zoho applications like Zoho Inventory Zoho Expense and Zoho Payroll.
- Customize and optimize Zoho products to streamline financial processes including invoicing expenses tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Conduct user training and support for Zoho Books and related tools to ensure effective usage by the finance team.
- Assist clients with data migration from legacy systems to Zoho Books.
- Provide postimplementation support including troubleshooting issues and recommending best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Zoho accounting modules with other Zoho apps (e.g. Zoho CRM Zoho Projects) as well as thirdparty platforms.
- Keep up to date with the latest features updates and Zoho accounting solutions to provide valuable insights to clients continuously.
Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field. (CA/CPA is a plus.)
- 2 years of experience in implementing or managing Zoho applications specifically Zoho Books.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software (Zoho Books QuickBooks Tally etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot accountingrelated issues within Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of GST compliance accounts receivable accounts payable bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
