Job Description
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient warehouse processes.
- Conduct system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to endusers on WMS functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WMS operations and integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows user manuals and training materials.
- Analyze and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency accuracy and productivity.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud WMS updates and best practices in warehouse management.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Supply Chain Inventory and IT to ensure seamless integration of WMS with other systems.
- Support project management activities including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
