Job Description
Job Title: EBS HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute endtoend testing activities for Oracle HRMS modules as part of the upgrade process.
- Prepare test scripts and test cases to validate the functionality of HRMS modules postupgrade.
- Perform unit testing integration testing regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure the proper functionality of Oracle HRMSrelated modules (Oracle Human Resources Oracle Payroll Oracle Advanced Benefits Oracle SelfService Human Resources Oracle Recruitment Oracle HRMS Intelligence Oracle Learning Management Oracle Time & Labor HR Analytics).
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers DBAs) to troubleshoot issues related to data migration configurations or system errors.
- Implement new features introduced in Oracle EBS R12 versions relevant to HRMS modules.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant preferably in EBS environments.
- Indepth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules: Oracle Human Resources Oracle Payroll Oracle Advanced Benefits Oracle SelfService Human Resources Oracle Recruitment Oracle HRMS Intelligence Oracle Learning Management Oracle Time & Labor HR Analytics.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules particularly in upgrades from 12.1.3 to 12.2.13.
- Handson experience with SQL for data validation and issue identification.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 architecture and 12.2.13 online patching features.
- Experience configuring ECC.
- Familiarity with Oracle documentation like UPK and OUM.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
