Job Description

Communicating with customers
Contacting customers to verify details and account status handling customer queries and negotiating payment terms
Creating records
Maintaining customer payment records and preparing customer financial statements

Developing plans

Developing and enacting manageable debt recovery plans

Collection executives should have excellent negotiating skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Experience up to 2 years
Freshers are eligible.
