Role Summary:

This role involves strategic planning implementation of robust security measures and leadership in the development and of infrastructure and security policies. The Head of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security is responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations IT infrastructure ensuring its optimal performance and safeguarding it against cyber threats.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for IT infrastructure and cyber security in alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure and cyber security teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Manage end to end development and growth of talent.
• Manage vendor relationships for infrastructurerelated services and products.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security policies and procedures to protect the organization s data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations standards and best practices related to IT infrastructure and cyber security.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cyber security roles with at least 57 years in a leadership position.

Proven track record of managing complex IT environments and security frameworks.
