Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with a background in cybersecurity or related fields to create highquality engaging and informative content. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies industry trends and the ability to translate technical information into clear concise and userfriendly materials. You will work closely with product teams engineers and marketing to create compelling content that drives product adoption educates users and positions our company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space.
Key Responsibilities:
Research write and edit a variety of technical content including blog posts white papers case studies product documentation and technical guides.
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear engaging and easily understandable content for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Work closely with product managers engineers and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with product features and marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain content for product updates features and new releases in collaboration with the product and development teams.
Create playbooks SOPs and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends threats and tools and incorporate this knowledge into your content.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop content that addresses customer pain points and highlights the value of our products.
Ensure all content follows brand tone style and voice while maintaining technical accuracy.
Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
Assist in creating thought leadership content including guest posts webinars and presentations.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical content writer preferably in the cybersecurity SaaS or technology industry.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as threat intelligence incident response vulnerability management encryption etc.
Ability to write for diverse audiences including technical engineers IT administrators and Clevel executives.
Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
Experience creating a wide variety of content including blogs white papers technical guides product documentation etc.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and tools like WordPress HubSpot or others.
Bachelor s degree in English Communications Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a startup environment.
Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g. GDPR SOC 2 HIPAA etc.).
Familiarity with cloud security platforms and tools such as AWS Azure or GCP.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security CISSP or CEH are a plus.
Familiarity with technical writing tools like MadCap Flare Adobe FrameMaker or similar.

Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth. - Experience creating and managing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. - Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. - Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or others. - Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights to improve social media strategies. - Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and infographics. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity startup environment. - Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies that complement social media efforts. - Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. - Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and the ability to integrate them into social media content. - Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
