Business Designer a creative thought leader who will search for business opportunities that can be addressed through IoT then assemble a tech solution to address the opportunity. The candidate will be part of Enterprise Solutions Product Management team encompassing ERP IoT devices network connectivity IoT enablement platform Vertical IoT applications
Qualification: MBA Engineering is a must
Graduate/Masters in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Chemical /Electronics with knowledge of Embedded Technology from a reputed institute
Certificate course in IOT embedded would be added advantage.
Experience:
810 years experience in selling end to end B2B solutions like ERP SCM CRM SCADA/Industrial Automation MES PLM & 12 years functional experience in IOT / Smart / Digital technologies/ Consultative selling
Should have 12 years experience in ERP/IOT /Connected machines fields / System Integration
Should have knowledge of popular IOT platforms from leading vendors like IBM PTC GE Azure
Skills Required:
Understanding of Business Processes and should have Domain Knowledge of Industries such as Process Manufacturing Petrochemical Specialty Chemicals Fine chemicals Food & Beverages etc
Able to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric /ROI Value based solutions and sales themes
Ability in Identifying gaps conceptualize the scope for custom solution.
Good Knowledge of Industry 4.0 & its implication on industries in coming years. Must have functional knowledge of leading IOT platforms & there features along with high level caliber to estimate the feasibility of proposed solutions
Good understanding of various technology used in industries & digital innovation that bring value to business.
Superior presentation skills (with an emphasis on listening.) with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Account Mining: Mining of current accounts for new IoT based opportunities by meeting with Vlevel and Clevel business decision makers to understand their business priorities
Valued based solution positioning: Present valueadded ROI based solutions to Target companies.
Leads & opportunities (Funnel Management):
Meeting clients to understand their requirements & expectation management anticipated there business requirements & servicing them with the best possible solutions with practical approach
Delivering product specific presentations and demonstrations to prospects
Should be able to contribute to solution architecture design & development
Account planning: Manage assess and design account strategies within assigned accounts
Go to the Market:
Presales Proposal Management & Bid Management: With hands on experience and extensive experience around IOT Platform
Work with Marketing team for documentation web site digital marketing
Own & Deliver : Responsibilities and ownership of all techno commercial bids software licensing models proposals and quotes for the organization. Manage contractrelated and commercial negotiations with prospective clients.
Assist in Legal & contracting functions: Manage prepare recommend and oversee contractual and legal aspects of the business thereby protecting the contractual and legal interests of the organization.
