Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Analyst to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare availability reports.
- Clear product for sale.
- Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment.
- Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support.
- Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases.
- Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases.
- Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals and library selects with customers as requested.
- Ad hoc projects and requests as required.
Requirements:
- 12 years of related experience working in Television contract or sales administration capacity.
- Relevant work experience in television or a related media.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales.
- Strong Microsoft office and software application skills.
- Time management planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Must be a team player.
