Job Description
Duties: Job Summary: This Project Manager role is a fulltime contractor position in our data services area responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding of clients to our existing data services architecture/foundational data services and in the near future the migration of 100 crossfunctional systems from legacy data sources to UMGs new Repertoire data service. This is a client engagement and task management role that requires excellent client task management organizational crossfunctional team coordination and communication skills. Job Functions: Create own and drive the onboarding process of new clients to existing data services Create own and drive transition plan and provide periodic status reports for the migration of 100 clients to New Repertoire Service Collaborate with crossteam stakeholders to execute the transition plan Work closely with business and development teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables Facilitate and run all project management related client and team meetings Define and track key performance metrics to track progress and measure the success of the project Efficiently run change management to keep the project on track and stakeholders informed Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders Continuously monitor and analyze client feedback to improve project efficiency and satisfaction
Skills: Skills/Abilities: Excellent client engagement and management skills Ability to project manage and lead project teams Ability to run change management and keep the project within scope and on track Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to create project plans and provide project status/stats tracking progress against plan Experience: 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fastpaced environment Proven track record of successfully owning and delivering projects from concept to launch Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment Experience with services architecture APIs Azure AD SQS SNS and Swagger a plus
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business technology commerce or a related field. PMP and/or Scrum Master certification a plus
