Job Description
Are you a reliable driver with a knack for delivering excellent service on the go Affinity Services is looking for a responsible Driver/Field Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will not only be responsible for safe driving but also for field duties that include interacting with clients delivering documents and ensuring smooth logistical operations.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport documents packages or goods between locations
- Perform routine checks on the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries pickups and other transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as collecting signatures and verifying information on delivery
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients in the field
- Handle and deliver confidential documents or packages with discretion
- Stay updated with relevant road safety laws and follow traffic regulations
- Report any vehicle issues or delays in delivery to the office immediately
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- 1 years of experience as a driver or in a fieldrelated role
- Ability to work independently and navigate various locations efficiently
- Good communication skills and a customerfocused approach
- High level of reliability punctuality and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the local area and road networks
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage
- Willingness to assist with fieldrelated tasks beyond driving
