Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. In this role you will manage performance marketing and media buying collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and oversee community management and event participation. You will analyze market trends and track ROI to ensure effective brand positioning and business growth while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Tasks

What Youll Do:

  • Brand Development**:** Create awareness and build the brand through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Strategy**:** Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including campaigns advertising and direct marketing.
  • Performance Marketing & Media Buying**:** Manage performance marketing on social media platforms and search engines to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Collaboration**:** Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials including videos blog posts and other creative content.
  • Community Management**:** Engage with the community across social platforms and ensure active participation.
  • Event Management**:** Organize and attend relevant industry events such as conferences seminars and exhibitions.
  • Sponsorship Acquisition**:** Source and secure sponsorship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
  • Database Management**:** Maintain and update customer databases for targeted campaigns.
  • Market Research**:** Conduct market research using customer questionnaires focus groups and data analysis to drive strategy.
  • Campaign Evaluation**:** Monitor and review marketing campaigns to ensure a profitable ROI and prepare detailed reports.
  • Stakeholder Relationships**:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Competitor Analysis**:** Monitor competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
  • Budget Management**:** Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure costeffective strategies.
  • Customer Experience Tracking**:** Analyze customer experiences across channels to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Documentation**:** Document marketing processes and track technical issues compliments and complaints.
  • Industry Trends**:** Stay updated on industry trends and new CRM technologies.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 34 years of proven experience in performance marketing media buying and managing paid campaigns on social media platforms and search engines.
  • Handson experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads HubSpot).
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering profitable ROI through performancedriven campaigns.
  • Experience with community management and customer engagement across digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Creative ability to produce innovative content.
  • High attention to detail for developing reports managing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
