Job Title: Email Marketing Expert
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Email Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. In this role you will develop and implement email marketing strategies to enhance engagement boost customer retention and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of email marketing platforms audience segmentation and analytical insights to support impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design manage and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals focusing on engagement conversions and customer retention.
- List Management: Oversee list segmentation and audience targeting maintaining organized and hygienic email lists.
- Content Creation & Design: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling email content including subject lines copy visuals and CTAs.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement testing strategies for subject lines copy and design to optimize engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (open rates CTR conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to guide future campaigns.
- Automation & Personalization: Establish automation workflows and personalized tactics to enhance customer journey touchpoints.
- Compliance: Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices and comply with regulations (e.g. CANSPAM GDPR).
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing with proficiency in platforms like Mailchimp HubSpot Klaviyo or Marketo.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation automation and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication writing and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and email performance dashboards.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability to a fastpaced environment.
NicetoHaves:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to increase engagement and conversion rates through effective strategies.
