Registered Nurse Long Term Care

Evolve Healthcare is now hiring for a Registered Nurse with Skilled Nursing and or LongTerm Care experience for our location in Hilo Hawaii.

You will be responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs develop individual care plans administer nursing care evaluate nursing care and supervise LPNs Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Job/Shift/Unit

• Facility Type: Long Term Care Facility
• 3640 hrs / week
• 13 weeks Contract
• Shifts available: Day Evening and Night shift available. (This will be discussed during the interview process.)
• Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
• Must know EMR Used: Meditech
• Start Date:10/21/2024

Requirements:

• RN state license
• Must have min of 2 yrs of exp in LTC as RN
• BLS(must be AHA)
• Bilingual is a plus
