Job Description
An established AirConditioning and Electronics Company is currently looking for IT Assistant Manager. IT Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems ensuring the smooth operation of hardware software and network infrastructure. This position is responsible for providing technical support managing network performance and implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect company assets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferably in IT support network administration or system management.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting networking and IT service management.
• Strong understanding of asset management and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and network security tools (e.g. firewalls VPNs intrusion detection systems).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for ITrelated reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in managing IT staff and providing technical training.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL CCNA Microsoft Certifications or other ITrelated qualifications are highly desirable.
• Specialized training in cybersecurity network infrastructure or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment and possess strong organizational abilities.
