Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Home Loans & Loan Against Property)

Salary: 68 LPA Variable Pay

Department: Sales (Mortgage Loans)

Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead a team focused on Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will be responsible for driving sales through lead generation developing a DSA network and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through the open market and alternate channels.
• Lead train and manage a team of Sales and Relationship Managers.
• Build and manage a network of active Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with fraud prevention procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in home loans and mortgage sales.
• Strong network of DSAs and experience managing a sales team.
• Techsavvy excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
