We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with 46 years of experience to join our client in the EdTech industry. The role focuses on driving lead generation course enrollments and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. With a hybrid/remote work option and a salary of 9 LPA you will develop and execute strategies to increase conversions manage budgets and enhance overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute datadriven campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube to drive lead generation and course enrollments.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Enhance landing pages and marketing funnels for better conversion rates.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create and implement campaigns for qualified lead generation and collaborate with admissions for nurturing workflows.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • A/B Testing: Lead initiatives to test ad creatives and landing pages for effectiveness.
  • SEO and Content Strategy: Work with the content team to enhance organic traffic through SEO and content marketing.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop strategies for audience segmentation and retargeting to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Align marketing efforts with sales and admissions for a seamless leadtoenrollment experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue Growth: Target 2030% monthly increase in course sales.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Maintain minimum 4x ROAS on campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Aim for a 1520% monthly increase in qualified leads.
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): Reduce CPA by 1015% over six months.
  • Conversion Rate: Target a 58% conversion rate from leads to enrollments.
  • Traffic Growth: Achieve 2535% monthly growth in website traffic.
  • Engagement Metrics: Aim for at least a 3% clickthrough rate across digital ads.
  • Landing Page Performance: Target a 1015% increase in landing page conversions.
  • SEO Rankings: Aim for top 5 positions for 10 key courserelated keywords.
