Job Description

As our Performance Marketing Specialist youll play a pivotal role in accelerating user growth and expanding our brands reach across diverse digital channels.

Youll work with highimpact platforms like Google Ads and Telegram Ads as well as explore emerging channels to connect with new audiences and optimize acquisition performance.

We are looking for:

  • Proficiency in both English (B2) and Russian
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in PPC field
  • Deep understanding of campaign setup targeting bidding strategies and A/B testing to drive conversions effectively
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics Google Ads and other ad performance tools

What you will be doing:

  • Develop launch and manage campaigns across multiple paid channels including Google Ads Telegram Ads and other highimpact platforms.
  • Craft a tailored strategy for each channel aligning with the companys growth objectives and user demographics.
  • Allocate and manage the paid acquisition budget effectively across platforms to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Track analyze and optimize key metrics (e.g. CTR conversion rate CPA) to improve campaign performance and achieve user acquisition targets.
  • Use A/B testing to refine ad copy visuals audience targeting and bidding strategies ensuring maximum effectiveness for each campaign.
