Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Performance Marketing Specialist with 23 years of experience to join our team. In this role you will leverage your expertise in process training and soft skills to enhance our sales performance initiatives. You will be responsible for developing training programs that empower the sales team focusing on effective communication customer engagement and best practices for driving sales.
Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions creating engaging training materials and providing ongoing support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet their targets. You will also analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and work closely with marketing to align strategies that enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 23 years of experience in sales performance marketing or training roles
- Strong in Facebook ad campaign and good knowledge of Appsflyer
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of sales processes and soft skills development
