Start at 40 hours per week 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Eastern Time (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Manila time) with a 1hour unpaid break.
Based on performance after 3 months hours will be adjusted to 50 Hours per week 8:00AM 7:00 PM Eastern Time(8:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila time) with a 1hour unpaid break.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries provide quotes and respond across multiple channels (phone email SMS social media).
Follow up on leads nurture prospects and convert them into customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions quotes and bookings.
Ensure timely responses to leads aiming to meet weekly and monthly goals.
Use a consultative approach to sell by understanding and addressing individual customer needs.
Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries addressing complaints and following up postcleaning.
Collaborate with the team to optimize schedules resolve fieldrelated issues and manage customer expectations.
Create engaging content to promote services and maintain prospect conversion rates.
Ensure all bookings and recurring appointments are accurately scheduled for technicians.
Handle rescheduling due to absences or other changes and communicate updates to customers promptly.
Keep customer files updated ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Expected Results:
Respond to 100% of quote requests the same day.
Enter all quotes and bookings into CRM without delay.
Nurture leads converting at least 50% into customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals focusing on recurring clients.
Maintain full and optimized schedules for technicians minimizing disruptions.
Build excellent customer relationships leading to positive reviews and longterm loyalty.
