Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the digital marketing industry.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
- Manage and streamline the interview and selection process ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics such as timetohire and source of hire.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding new hires.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and familiarity with different interview techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software social media and job boards.
- Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter preferably within a recruitment firm or the IT domain.
