Role Description
This is a fulltime role for a Senior Executive Human Resources at Arabian Software in Kochi The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for HR management operations employee relations HR policies and overall human resources functions within the organization.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus
Qualifications Prefer Zoho implementation experience Business/IT Graduates. A finance background will be preferred. Language: Good spoken skills in English are a must. The Arabic language will be an advantage
