Quality urance Manager

A leading global industrial gases and engineering company is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who will ensure the company adheres to government compliance standards for medical gases and other quality assurance protocols. This position offers the opportunity to lead quality initiatives plantwide while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Quality Assurance Policies: Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards for medical gases and other quality processes.
  
• Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze data and perform statistical modeling to drive continuous improvement in quality processes and cost reduction.
  
• Audits & Risk Assessments: Conduct regular quality assurance audits and perform risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
  
• Training: Provide training and consultative advice on quality assurance practices to assigned plant personnel.
  
• Collaborative Influence: Work closely with the plant manager and other leaders to influence quality improvement initiatives even though you do not have direct oversight of staff.
  
• Settling into the Role: Benefit from the support of the previous Quality Assurance Manager now in a production leadership role who will assist in your onboarding and provide guidance.
  

Position Type:

• Individual Contributor Role: You will have plantwide responsibility but no direct oversight of employees.
  
• Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Corporate Director of Quality Assurance and have a dotted line to the Plant Manager a former U.S. Marine.
