Quality Engineer
Mission:
- Act as the customer interface for quality matters during development
- Monitor and control conformity in development processes
- Implement design changes as required by the customer
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide daily reports and communicate with management
- Participate in daily QRQC meetings to deliver information on project maturity
- Implement weekly QA meetings between the project team and site
- Conduct weekly QA meetings with OEM customers
- Manage quality events including checklist delivery for inspection before customer delivery in the launch phase
- Oversee inspection of all shipping parts ensuring delivery checklists are completed and documents are prepared before customer delivery
- Revise delivery checklists based on issue information and update relevant divisions and sites
- Handle returned parts including investigation sorting and reporting to the OEM
- Lead resolution of customer issues during the launch phase
- Ensure compliance with customerrequired documents (e.g. NPQP for Nissan)
- Follow up on internal initial sample validation
- Complete PSW submissions and obtain OEM approval
- Manage 4M and SW changes submitting them to the customer through site communications
Experience:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer
Locations: Available in Kanagawa Saitama Tokyo and Ibaraki
