General Affairs Manager
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a General Affairs Manager to oversee facility management safety and administrative duties working with onsite employees to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
THIS POSITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF JAPAN.
Mission
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing factory and facility operations ensuring safety and guidance in coordination with onsite employees.
Duties
You will be tasked with directing guiding executing and improving the following responsibilities:
- Coordination with various departments including headquarters.
- Acting as a liaison between vendors and the FA (Factory Automation) team.
- Maintaining office facilities and assets.
- Managing fixed assets related to the factory.
- Overseeing duties for expatriates.
- Managing nonemployee personnel (freelancers contractors outsourced drivers etc.).
- Supporting the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) team.
- Managing fire drills and safety training (in collaboration with the HR department).
- Other administrative tasks (arranging supplies purchasing office work schedules).
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Experience in General Affairs or Facility Management is required.
- Language Skills:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Basic reading and writing skills (note: the site has dedicated interpreters available).
This position is limited to current residents of Japan.
