Job Description
Location: Fully Onsite Philippines
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Rate: Competitive based on experience (up to R2 million annual )
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CTO to join our team in the Philippines for a 12month contract. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both telecommunications and banking sectors demonstrating a deep understanding of fintech solutions and their application within a telco environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide highlevel thinking and strategic direction for the integration of fintech solutions within our telecommunications framework.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including the Board of Directors to drive initiatives and present progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in telecommunications and 10 years in banking with a strong track record in fintechrelated projects.
- Skills: Proven expertise in project management solution architecture and highlevel strategic planning.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the fintech landscape and its intersection with telecommunications.
Additional Notes:
- This position requires a commitment to a fully onsite role in the Philippines.
- The contract will not permit permanent employment due to overseas regulations.
- We are looking for a candidate who can accommodate a straight rate compensation model.
- Ideal candidates will have an impressive CV showcasing established fintech expertise and relevant banking experience.
