Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse Dialysis (Nursing)
Location: Rochester New York 14617
Position: 13 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
- Evaluate patients medical histories and current health status before treatment.
- Initiate monitor and terminate dialysis treatments while ensuring patient safety.
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and selfcare practices.
- Regularly check and record vital signs and overall patient condition during treatment.
- Recognize and respond to complications or emergencies that may arise during dialysis.
- 2 Years of Dialysis Experience
- Must have prior travel experience
- Common Patient Diagnoses: AKI ESRD
- Equipment: Fresenius 2008T PD Baxter Model 5C. EMR: EPIC
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty
Required certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- RN License
- Driving License
