Job Title: Nurse Supervisor House (Nursing)

- The facility has a mix of long term short term and dementia .
- No trachs or vents .
- Acuity level depends on admissions and the current resident medical status .
- Head to toe assessment ER transfers in collaboration with medical providers admission and order second checks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and support nursing staff including RNs LPNs and nursing assistants ensuring they provide appropriate and effective patient care.
- Patient Care Coordination: Ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care including monitoring patient conditions managing admissions and discharges and addressing any patient care concerns.
- Resource Management: Allocate nursing resources effectively including managing staffing levels adjusting schedules as needed and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance on clinical matters support staff in complex clinical situations and ensure adherence to best practices and evidencebased care.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between nursing staff physicians and other healthcare departments facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Emergency Response: Lead and coordinate the nursing response to emergencies within the facility including overseeing patient triage and crisis management.
- Staff Development: Mentor and support the professional development of nursing staff providing feedback conducting performance evaluations and identifying opportunities for training and education.
Qualifications:
- A valid RN license.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Several years of clinical nursing experience with a preference for experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
