As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis developing insights and supporting strategic decisionmaking processes. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business performance identify trends and recommend actionable solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports dashboards and presentations to senior management and stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Strategic Insights: Provide datadriven insights and recommendations to inform strategic business decisions improve processes and support operational objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiencies streamline workflows and implement process improvements using datadriven approaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as finance marketing operations and IT to understand their data needs and support them with accurate analysis.
- Data Visualization: Create and maintain data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and analysis to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building an analytical culture within the team.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key analytical projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Economics Finance Computer Science or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection cleaning and modeling.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel SQL Python R or Tableau.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in specific industry knowledge if relevant.
- Knowledge of data warehousing ETL processes and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methods predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
