Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization leveraging datadriven insights to drive decisionmaking and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys longterm goals. Provide recommendations on investment opportunities business expansion and cost management.

Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis including forecasting budgeting and financial modeling. Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and executive summaries to senior management and board members. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all financial documentation.

Data Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex financial data. Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather information understand business needs and provide financial expertise. Effectively communicate financial strategies and insights to nonfinancial stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor financial performance to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership: Mentor and guide junior analysts fostering a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) preferred.

58 years of experience in financial analysis strategic planning or a related field with a proven track record of success.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting.

Expertise in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel ERP systems financial planning software).

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and persuasively.

Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
