Your missions
As a Senior Legal & Corporate Officer reporting to the Team Manager you will be responsible for managing Luxembourgbased companies. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the integration and setup of corporate structures.
- Overseeing daytoday management activities for the companies.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients on corporate administrative matters.
- Preparing and coordinating acquisition and sale transactions.
- Organizing and managing board meetings general meetings and drafting key corporate documents (AGM/EGM minutes Articles of Association liquidation deeds shareholders agreements etc.).
- Maintaining close communication with notaries banks and Luxembourg authorities.
- Preparing necessary banking documentation including account opening forms KYC compliance and due diligence processes.
- Supporting the creation and organization of the Luxembourg office.
Your ideal profile
- A degree in Law or a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law.
- 45 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
- Proactive with strong initiative and problemsolving abilities.
- Highly organized and methodical with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
